Who is responsible

The controller of the information described here is MLJ, SASU, the company that publishes BinderRenew. Company identification, the registered office details and the name of the publication director are set out in the legal notice. Any question about this policy, and any request to see, correct or delete what we hold, can be sent to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. A person reads that inbox, not an automated system.

What the request form collects

The only place this website gathers personal information is the request form in the contact section of the home page. When you submit it, the following named fields are recorded exactly as you typed them:

• name: your full name, so a reply can be addressed to a person.
• email: your work email address, which is the address we answer.
• company: your agency name, used to prepare a walkthrough that matches your book.
• role: your role in the agency, chosen from a fixed list.
• request: whether you want a demo, early access or a quote.
• size: how many producers write on your book, chosen from a fixed list.
• message: your free text description of how you track expirations today.
• consent: the record that you ticked the agreement box before sending.
• subject and recipient: two hidden routing values that direct the message to the right inbox.
• bot-field: an empty trap field used to discard automated spam. Real visitors never see it.

Please do not put policy numbers, dates of birth, driver license numbers, Social Security numbers, claim details or any other client information into the message box. The form is for describing your agency, not for transferring insured data. If information of that kind reaches us by mistake, we delete it and tell you that we have.

Why we hold it, and on what legal basis

We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you, to prepare and run a demonstration, and to quote a price for your agency. Under the European General Data Protection Regulation the legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the legitimate interest of a business in responding to a commercial enquiry it received. Under United States state privacy law this is a business purpose, specifically providing a service that you requested. We do not use the form to build profiles, we do not score you, and no automated decision with a legal or similar effect is made about you.

How long submissions are kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an account are deleted twenty four months after the last message in the exchange. If you become a customer, the enquiry is kept for the life of the account and then for the period required by French accounting and tax law, which is ten years for records connected to invoicing. You can ask for earlier deletion at any point and we will act on it within thirty days unless we are legally obliged to keep a specific record.

Who processes the data

Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, operated by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which also hosts this website. Netlify stores the submission and forwards a notification to the inbox above; it acts on our instructions as a processor. Email correspondence that follows sits in a standard business mailbox. No other company receives your details. We do not sell, rent, share or trade personal information, and no list broker, advertiser or reseller has access to it.

Cookies, trackers and measurement

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no cross site tracker on any page. The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google servers and Google sees the request; nothing else on the page contacts a third party. Because there is no tracking, there is no consent banner to dismiss, and no profile of your visit exists to be deleted later.

Your rights in the United States

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, state law gives you the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights are all available. California residents also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising them, and BinderRenew does not offer or withhold any pricing or service based on a privacy request. To use any of these rights, write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com from the address you used on the form, or tell us enough to match the record another way. We answer within forty five days and will tell you if we need a short extension.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Requests go to the same address. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to your national supervisory authority; in France that is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.

International transfers

Because our hosting and form processor are based in the United States, information you send is transferred there. Those transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses together with the technical measures our processor applies, including encryption in transit and at rest. If you would rather not use the form for that reason, email us directly and we will handle the exchange by mail alone.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted, access to the submission store is limited to the publication director, and administrative access uses two factor authentication. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected the details you sent us we would notify affected people and the relevant authority within the time limits the law sets.

Children's privacy

BinderRenew is a business tool sold to licensed insurance agencies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen years old. If you believe a child has sent us something through the form, write to us and it will be deleted without delay.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page and describe what moved. Material changes that affect how existing enquiries are handled are also emailed to the address on file. The version you are reading is the version in force on March 2, 2026.
